Join a well-established, multidisciplinary engineering consultancy active across energy, transport, and environmental infrastructure. With a strong project pipeline, we’re looking for a Civil Engineer to strengthen our team in western Switzerland.

About the Role
You’ll contribute to the design and delivery of large-scale civil engineering projects – from concept through to completion.
Initially, your focus will be on structural design and calculations, supporting experienced project managers. Over time, you’ll have the chance to take on full project management responsibilities and lead your own assignments.

You’ll work within a collaborative and dynamic team, supported by a network of in-house specialists.

Your Profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering (EPF/HES or equivalent)

• Around 5+ years of experience in structures or geotechnics

• Strong analytical mindset, structured approach, and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and writing skills

• Team player with a proactive, responsible attitude
