Industrial Boiler Technician

Visalia, CA

We are looking for a skilled Industrial Boiler Technician with journeyman with 3-5 years experience to join our growing service team.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, service, and repair industrial and commercial boiler systems

• Perform start-ups, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance

• Work on steam and hot water boilers, burners, combustion systems, and controls

• Support new installations, rentals, and system upgrades

• Identify service opportunities and build long-term customer relationships

• Work safely in industrial environments and represent the company professionally on site

What We’re Looking For

• Experience servicing industrial or commercial boilers

• Knowledge of combustion systems, burners, gas trains, and boiler controls

• Familiarity with steam systems, hydronic systems, and boiler plants

• Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer sites

• Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus

Pay & Benefits

• $35-$55 per hour, depending on experience and certifications

• Overtime paid for hours worked beyond standard schedule
