We are in search of a proficient SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant. This role involves overseeing the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, requiring a comprehensive understanding across modules and the ability to design integrated processes in collaboration with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clients with expert guidance on HR processes and the smooth technical and functional deployment of SAP SuccessFactors, with a particular focus on HR Admin procedures.
• Assess business needs and convert them into effective processes within SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Leverage your expertise to analyze, advise, design, and implement innovative HR business process solutions.
• Conduct interactive and practical workshops to tailor SuccessFactors to client needs and enhance user experience.
• Work closely with other SuccessFactors teams to ensure seamless integration of the system.
• Have at least 3 years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Proficiency in both German (C1 level) and English.
