We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales/Business Development Manager to join our team in the wind industry, specializing in blade contracts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development within the renewable energy sector, particularly in wind turbine blades. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth in blade contracts within the wind industry.
    • Identify and target new business opportunities to expand market share.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Contract Negotiation:

    • Lead negotiations for blade contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize contract terms.
  • Market Analysis:

    • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Proposal Development:

    • Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposals meet client specifications and industry standards.

    • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
