Our Client, a global leader in developing solutions for the food, feed, and mobility industries, is seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Expert to join their dynamic HR Systems and Processes team. This is a permanent, on-site opportunity based in Uzwil, Switzerland.

The Opportunity

This role offers a chance to make a real impact for a company focused on balancing humanity, nature, and the economy. You will be responsible for the configuration, management, and optimization of various SAP SuccessFactors modules, including:

• Employee Central
• Recruiting and Onboarding
• Talent Management
• Performance Management

You’ll be a perfect fit if you have:

• Proven experience in configuring and implementing these SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• A strong grasp of HR processes, particularly talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, performance reviews, and talent development.
• Hands-on experience with system integration, configuration, and testing within SAP SuccessFactors.
• The ability to collaborate effectively with HR and IT teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• You must speak fluent German and English to be considered for this position.
• You must either be based in Switzerland or hold an EU Passport to be considered for this position.
