Job Description:

As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant with fluency in both French and German, you will play a key role in delivering customized ServiceNow solutions to clients across French and German-speaking regions. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, designing technical solutions, and ensuring successful implementation. This position involves collaborating with diverse teams and engaging closely with clients in both languages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consulting and Requirements Gathering: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, assess current processes, and gather requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
• Customization and Configuration: Design and configure ServiceNow workflows, applications, and modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM) based on client needs.
• Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, ensuring smooth data flow and process automation.
• Client Engagement: Communicate effectively with clients in French and German to provide technical guidance and manage expectations.
• Support and Optimization: Provide ongoing support for ServiceNow solutions, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing system performance.
• Training and Documentation: Conduct training sessions for clients and create detailed documentation for technical configurations and processes.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in French and German (both spoken and written) is required.
• 3+ years of experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.
• Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, and JavaScript).
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., System Administrator, Implementation Specialist) are preferred.
