About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and experienced District Sales Manager to lead our water treatment business in Scotland. You will be responsible for driving growth and managing a team of 10-12 people. This role offers the chance to influence a large team, deliver exceptional service to our clients, and lead the district’s operations to achieve year-on-year growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Leadership: Oversee and run the water treatment operations for the district, delivering on growth targets and managing the P&L to ensure the business meets its annual goals.
- Team Management: Lead a team of 10-12 Account Managers and sales representatives. Foster a high-performance culture across your team.
- Sales Growth: Drive revenue growth across thei region with the availabel resources.
- Customer Focus: Build strong relationships with key clients to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, managing large teams and delivering business growth.
- Strong commercial experience with the ability to manage P&L and budgets and drive sales performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Experience in water treatment or related sectors is beneficial but not essential; the focus is on delivering results and leading teams effectively.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
What We Offer:
- Salary: competitive + up to 15% annual bonus (based on performance).
- Bonus Structure: If targets are exceeded (120% of the budget), you can earn up to 60% of your base salary in additional bonuses.
- Benefits: 4% of salary allocated for external healthcare, gym memberships, and other well-being benefits.

- Work-Life Balance: Limited travel within the district, with the opportunity to spend 3-4 days a week in the field with your team. Regional travel 3-4 times a year.
Interview Process:
- Stage 1: Screening interview
- Stage 2: SHL testing.
- Stage 3: Final interview with the VP of Sales and the Sales Lead
