A functional consultant role supporting the delivery and optimisation of one of our clients across business units.
Act as the key interface between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.

5 + years experience as a D365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant
-
3 + end-to-end D365 CE implementations
-
Business-level German (fluent preferred) and strong English communication skills
-
Requirements gathering, functional design, and stakeholder management
-
Workshops facilitation and translating business needs into functional solutions
-
Experience across core D365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing or related)
Location: Dusseldorf – Hybrid
Eligibility: Candidates must be legally authorised to work in Germany as a freelancer
Rate: Competitive
