SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (f/m/d)

Are you a passionate HR technology consultant looking to make a significant impact?

Our client, a leading company in the industry, is seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join their team in Zurich.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing and implementing innovative SAP SuccessFactors HXM solutions
• Leveraging your expertise in various SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Conducting training sessions and workshops to empower users
• Managing and executing interface projects
• Taking on project management and sub-project management responsibilities

What you’ll need:

• Proven consulting experience and in-depth knowledge of HR processes
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations, including module design and configuration
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• A structured approach to problem-solving, even in complex scenarios
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications (preferred)
• Excellent project management and presentation skills
• Fluency in German and English are a must.
