The client are a leading, international, automation organisation, and are seeking a technical customer support representative.
Previous technical working experience, alongside a previous customer support is ideal, but the client is willing to compromise if a personal click, and willingness to enhance your skills is present.
The position focuses on being the first point of contact for the customer, coordinating the service team, and identifying the correct fixes and troubleshooting methods to overcome basic technical issues.

Fluent Dutch and English is required.
