Key Responsibilities:
As the Business Development/Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth by developing and nurturing client relationships across the pharmaceutical and MedTech markets. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and efficient project delivery.
- Understanding and communicating the company’s service offerings to meet specific client needs, including specialized track and trace, counterfeit protection, and digital transformation solutions.
- Developing and executing strategic plans to meet or exceed sales targets and foster long-term partnerships within the industry.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record in business development or sales, ideally within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or packaging industries.
- In-depth knowledge of GMP-compliant services and an understanding of regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical packaging sector.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across internal teams and foster client trust.
- Self-driven, strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages, particularly German, would be advantageous.
