Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide expert guidance on the implementation of CAD solutions.
- Offer superior customer service and support by addressing and resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently.
- Design and develop data warehousing solutions using Azure services and SQL databases to enable efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Leverage your expertise in Business Intelligence tools to analyze data and present actionable insights to customers.
- Implement automation techniques to streamline processes and optimize the efficiency of business applications.
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to identify customer needs and provide input for product improvements and enhancements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in CAD software and technical support, with a strong understanding of CAD principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Azure services, SQL databases, and data warehousing concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Familiarity with automation technologies and their application in business processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and provide effective solutions.
- Outstanding customer relationship management skills and a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
