Your Role:

  • Customer Champion: Provide expert support and guidance to existing customers and sales partners, ensuring their success.
  • Growth Catalyst: Identify untapped business potential in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, developing strategic sales plans to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Relationship Builder: Forge strong, lasting connections with customers through proactive communication and dedication.
  • Performance Driver: Achieve assigned sales targets and track overall sales performance, optimizing strategies for continued success.
  • Collaborative Problem Solver: Work closely with other departments to understand customer needs and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Market Maven: Conduct market research to identify competitive advantages and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Knowledge Sharer: Deliver product training for direct customers and sales partners, ensuring they have the expertise to excel.

Your Qualifications:

  • Hydraulic Expertise: A solid understanding of hydraulic systems is a plus, with willingness to learn if experience is limited.
  • Technical Foundation: Possess a technical background (e.g., polymechanic, agricultural/construction machinery mechanic) ideally complemented by business management training (e.g., technical clerk) or a mechanical engineering degree (HF/FH).
  • Sales Savvy: Combine your technical knowledge with a natural aptitude for sales.
  • Communication Ace: Fluency in German is essential, with additional language skills a valuable asset.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Think independently and take initiative to drive success.
  • Negotiation Ninja: Possess strong negotiation and communication skills to close deals.
  • Travel-Ready: Be prepared for regular business travel.
