Project focus

This role is focused on both operational support and continuous improvement of the SAP HCM Time Management landscape, ensuring legal compliance (German labour law) and integration with Payroll (PY).

Key skills and Experience required

• Proven experience with SAP HCM Time Management (time recording, premiums, time accounts, working time models).
• Strong background in customizing/configuration of SAP HCM
• Solid ABAP development skills and familiarity with SAP SmartForms.
• Understanding of SAP PY integration.
• Sound knowledge of German labour law as it relates to time management.
• Fluency in German is mandatory for user interaction and documentation.
