Type: C2C/1099 – Contract
Length: 3 months, option to exend
Location: On-site in Arizona 5 x per week
About: This is an urgent requirement with a leading HRIS Consultancy in the US. Due to M&A, their end customer is immediately looking for a HR Business Partner who can join to oversee HR Tasks in an operational environment
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience as a hands-on HR Business Partner in an operational environment
- Strong background supporting hourly / blue-collar workforces
- Confident partnering with senior stakeholders and line managers
- Solid understanding of HR compliance, employee relations, and risk management
- Ability to work fully onsite and embed quickly into the business
