Interim Senior Financial & Sustainability Controller

This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of this transformation.

I’m looking for someone who:

• Holds a Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting & Control, with RA certification preferred
• Brings 8+ years of relevant experience, with expertise in consolidation and familiarity with accounting, F&P, and consolidation software
• Has deep technical accounting knowledge, particularly with Dutch GAAP
• Is fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
• Preferably has worked in the F&B production or food agriculture industry
• Lives in North Holland, with the ability to commute with hybrid travel
• Is available to start preferably ASAP on a full-time basis for a 6-month extendable contract

Who is interested in:

• Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and quality of financial and sustainability figures for global reporting
• Leading monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation and reporting cycles
• Developing and optimizing policies, procedures, and tools for international compliance
• Serving as a technical accounting advisor in sustainability reporting, especially around the CSRD & ESRS framework
