Role Overview
my client are seeking a Yacht Broker with a proven track record and a strong international network within the luxury yacht sector. The successful candidate will focus on developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with high-net-worth clients, and driving yacht sales or charters across our exclusive portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with yacht owners, buyers, and charter clients.
• Manage the full sales or charter process-from lead generation to negotiation and closing.
• Represent Lengers Yachts and our brands at major yacht shows and events across Europe.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, aftersales, and technical teams to ensure a premium client experience.
• Provide expert advice on yacht models, market trends, and investment opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in yacht brokerage or luxury yacht charter sales.
• Established network of clients and industry contacts across Europe.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages (French, Spanish, Italian, or German) are an advantage.
• Passion for the maritime industry and luxury lifestyle.
