Senior Product Marketing Manager

As a Senior Product Manager, your primary goal is to enhance and expand our marketing infrastructure, empowering teams to deliver impactful and innovative campaigns. By partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, you will ensure the creation of a scalable and reliable marketing platform that supports efficient, data-driven, and targeted campaign execution.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development of new features and products aimed at serving the trading community.
  • Lead initiatives from the business strategy phase through to final delivery, owning the end-to-end product lifecycle.
  • Reassess current offerings and devise innovative approaches to improve or replace them.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Identify potential risks, including regulatory, security, and scalability challenges, and develop strategies to address them.
  • Ensure all products align with industry standards and best practices.

What you’ll bring:

  • At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within a fintech environment, with a strong track record of launching successful products.
  • A passion for creating intuitive and user-friendly products, always prioritizing the end-user experience.
  • Comfortable navigating uncertainty, defining clear product goals, and focusing on value-driven features.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience in leveraging data for decision-making. Familiarity with tools such as Tableau or QlikView is a plus.
  • Background in large-scale, consumer-focused web or mobile applications is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of financial services, trading, or cryptocurrency ecosystems is beneficial.
