We are seeking an experienced HVAC Construction Manager for a pharmaceutical project with a strong focus on HVAC delivery in cleanroom and GMP environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage all HVAC installation activities through to handover.
- Oversee cleanroom air systems, AHUs, ductwork, filtration, and environmental controls.
- Coordinate with CSA, electrical, commissioning, and validation teams.
- Lead subcontractors and ensure safety, quality, and programme compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience on pharmaceutical, biotech, or cleanroom projects.
- Strong knowledge of GMP and cleanroom HVAC systems.
- Mechanical background; SMSTS/CSCS (or equivalent) preferred.
