Our client, a leading player in the industrial machine manufacturing industry, is at a crucial stage of expanding their international ESG reporting systems. They are looking for someone who can build upon a solid foundation and tackle the challenge of integrating sustainable practices across the company’s global operations. You will be instrumental in refining processes and ensuring high-quality ESG data & disclosure reporting.

I’m looking for someone who:

• Holds an MSc in Accountancy, Finance, & Control, or Business Economics.
• Has a minimum of 5 years of audit experience, ideally with knowledge of ESG reporting.
• Possesses strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Can inspire and guide colleagues in ESG initiatives with stakeholder engagement.
• Can coach other departments with actionable insights, leading to CO2 reductions.
• Is experienced with ESG reporting standards like ESRS, TCFD, GRI, SASB, or CDP.
• Is fluent in Dutch and English, important for cross collaboration.

Who is interested in:

• Defining ESG reporting strategies and processes.
• Managing ESG metrics, including energy consumption, GHG emissions, and waste flows.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure ESG goals are communicated and met.
• Supporting the external CSRD audit process and ensuring compliance.
• Designing and implementing effective ESG software solutions.
• Performing and maintaining the double materiality analysis.
• Inventory, validate and consolidate ESG metrics & data point.
