Job Description: ServiceNow Consultant (German Speaking)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, SPM, and IRM.
• Develop custom applications and workflows tailored to client needs.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and tools.
• Provide expertise and guidance on ServiceNow best practices, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to empower users and administrators.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the ServiceNow platform.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions.

Requirements:

• Fluent in German (spoken and written) and proficient in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Consultant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, SPM, or IRM.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS-ITSM, CIS-IRM) are a strong plus.
• Experience with JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting (client/server-side).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
