Role Overview:

As the CTO, you will be at the forefront of our technology strategy, driving innovation and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions to our clients. You will lead a talented team of engineers, architects, and tech experts, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Your expertise will guide our technology roadmap, from ideation to execution, and you will play a key role in business development, client engagement, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the company’s technology vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with business goals and market demands.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of tech professionals, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous learning.
• Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide technical expertise, and deliver tailored solutions that address complex challenges.
• Innovation & R&D: Drive the development of new products and services, keeping the company at the forefront of technology trends and advancements.
• Technology Oversight: Oversee all technical aspects of the company, including software development, system architecture, infrastructure, and security.
• Business Development: Collaborate with the executive team on business development initiatives, including pitching to clients, shaping proposals, and setting project direction.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure that all technology practices adhere to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar leadership role within a tech consultancy or related industry.
• Extensive knowledge of current and emerging technologies, with a strong background in software development, cloud computing, AI/ML, and data analytics.
• Demonstrated success in leading large, cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving technology-driven business outcomes.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
