We’re supporting a well-established industrial equipment supplier based in Arlington, TX that has been a trusted industry partner for more than 30 years. They have a strong culture of customer service, fast turnaround, and technical reliability – and they’re looking for a Pump Mechanic who can help drive that continued success. This is a shop-based role working mainly on diaphragm pumps, with great long-term growth potential including future field work.

Key Responsibilities

• Repair, replace, troubleshoot, and maintain pumps brought into the shop for service.

• Focus primarily on diaphragm pumps; experience with centrifugal pumps is a plus.

• Perform inspections and rebuilds according to OEM specifications.

• Accurately document repairs and findings.

• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.

Must Have:

• 1-2 years of mechanical experience, ideally with diaphragm pumps.

• Hands-on ability to perform maintenance, repair, and component replacement.

• Team-oriented and open to learning and feedback.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with centrifugal pumps.

• Exposure to laser alignment or vibration testing.
