My Medical Device client is looking to expand their horizon by growing their sales team to the Leiden area.

Job Requirements:

• Expanding the clinets business network
• Implimenting new sales tools
• Managing and strengthening existing business relationships;
• Conducting research into the business market and needs;
• Shaping the business proposition
• Drafting of commercial and strategic plan;
• Conducting sales conversations and preparing quotations;
• Responsible for achieving sales targets and reporting progress to management;
• Organizing corporate events in our stores or at external locations;
• Participating in (inter)national trade fairs with the aim of expanding your network and generating new leads.

About you:

• You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position;
• You bring a relevant network that is in line with the industry:
• You are familiar with developing strategic plans and implementing them;
• You radiate positivity and energy
• You are commercial and you know how to maintain relationships;
• You are used to working with targets and see it as a challenge to achieve and improve them time and again;
• You are stress-resistant: you are not surprised if the day does not go as planned;
• You are structured: you can easily keep track of multiple projects;
• You are available at least 32 hours a week;
• You have excellent written and oral skills in both Dutch and English.
