IT Manager (Dutch Recuired)
For a client of mine I am looking for a strong IT Manager to join their team in Rotterdam. As the designated individual for information management, your focus will be on enhancing professionalism and structuring the information landscape and organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of the IT structure within the organization.
- Manage key personnel, including functional managers, document controllers, information advisors, and the helpdesk team.
- Ensure a secure and efficient data transfer process within the organization and with external parties.
- Bridge the gap between business and IT, particularly in areas of architecture, security, and IT governance.
- Oversee the implementation phase, emphasizing a tightly organized information management and IT landscape.
Qualification:
- 10 years of experience as an Information Manager, with a proven track record in information management, security, and system integration.
- Advantageous to have experience in complex infrastructural/industrial projects and project transfers to management organizations.
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and collaborate in projects or alliances.
- Dutch Fluency
