About the Team
Their dynamic team is responsible for developing industry-leading Swiss finance and salary software solutions. The team currently consist of two experienced senior developers and a junior developer. They are a friendly and collaborative group, but the team is facing significant time pressure due to a crucial implementation project.
The Role
They’re urgently seeking a skilled Senior Software Developer to join the team and play a pivotal role in implementing the ELM 5 standard – a critical element for all certified salary software.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of ELM 5 within their software solution
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, maintainable code
- Collaborate effectively with teammates, including mentoring the junior developer
- Identify and resolve technical challenges related to finance and salary software
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
Requirements:
- Strong domain expertise: Extensive experience in finance or salary software development is essential.
- ELM 5 Expert: Deep understanding and proven experience implementing the ELM 5 standard is a major plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in C#, .NET, Windows.Forms, and MariaDB
- Team Player: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork and communication
- Stress Management: Ability to manage workload pressure effectively for 6-9 months, until things settle down
Bonus Points:
- Experience with other Swiss financial regulations
- Experience in Agile development methodologies
