Your Role:

• Team Leadership: Expand our SAP HCM team and potentially lead the team.
• Sales and Presales: Drive sales and pre-sales activities in the HCM domain.
• Consulting Expertise: Provide expert consulting services to our clients, from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation and ongoing support.
• Project Management: Manage projects and subprojects effectively.
• Knowledge Sharing: Mentor and train junior consultants.

Your Qualifications:

• Proven experience in consulting, particularly in HR and SAP HCM.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP PY or PT, including customization.
• Strong network within the SAP HCM community.
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
