About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Solution Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and create effective, scalable solutions that enhance HR processes and employee experience. Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of HRSD solutions on the ServiceNow platform, aligning with best practices and client requirements.
• Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders to understand and document business needs and translate them into technical requirements for HR service delivery.
• Implementation & Configuration: Oversee the implementation of the HRSD module, including configuration, development, and customization to meet the needs of the HR function.
• Integration Management: Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and other HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
• User Experience Optimization: Ensure that the employee experience is a key focus in solution design, creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces and workflows.
• Governance & Best Practices: Establish and enforce ServiceNow best practices, policies, and procedures for the HRSD module.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate and collaborate with HR and IT leadership, project managers, and end users to ensure alignment and successful solution adoption.
• Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions and provide training for HR and IT teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years working with ServiceNow, with a strong focus on the HR Service Delivery module.
• Certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD preferred.
• Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD, including configuration, development, and workflow automation.
• Integration Expertise: Experience with API integrations and connecting ServiceNow with other HR platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and experience with requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Languages: German and English proficiency required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Experience in consulting or working within a ServiceNow partner environment.
• Prior experience in a similar role supporting large-scale HR transformation projects.
