Job Description: ServiceNow Business Analyst (German-Speaking)

Role Overview:

As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the effective implementation and optimization of ServiceNow solutions. Your role will involve gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and delivering tailored solutions to meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs and objectives.
  • Conduct workshops to elicit, define, and prioritize functional and technical requirements.
• Process Analysis:
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through ServiceNow solutions.
  • Create detailed process documentation, including workflows and use cases.
• Solution Design:
  • Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into ServiceNow configurations and functionalities.
  • Ensure alignment of proposed solutions with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Project Support:
  • Support project teams in planning and executing ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  • Serve as a point of contact between business and technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and key milestones.
• Training and Documentation:
  • Develop user guides, training materials, and system documentation.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of ServiceNow solutions.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify and propose enhancements to existing ServiceNow implementations to maximize business value.
  • Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and new functionalities to recommend innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• Fluent in German and English (both spoken and written).
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in ServiceNow projects.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or SPM.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of ITIL or similar frameworks is a plus.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or similar certifications.
• Experience working in multicultural and international environments.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
