Head of Business Development – €90,000-€120,000 + Comms + Equity – France/Hybrid

Darwin Recruitment are searching for a Business Development / Sales Leader to join a rapidly growing Tech start-up who have built innovative AI & Computer Vision products for the Defence sector.

The Role

You will develop a GTM strategy, expand existing accounts and build a strong pipeline of new business. Refine existing use cases and research new markets / identify opportunities for the business. Work closely with the existing team to align technical and business objectives with customer needs.

Experience of Interest

• 5+ years in Business Development/Sales
• Proven track record of developing new business.
• Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Experience selling highly technical solutions (AI, Computer Vision, Saas).
• A network within the Defence, Military and/or Drone sector.
• Strong acumen within the Defence sector.
• Ability to lead and build a high-performance Sales team.

This opportunity will suit someone who has a proven track record selling highly technical solutions to the Defence/Military sector.

A presence in France is expected, along with travel across Europe to client sites.

Salary dependent on experience and flexible, however looking at a range of around €90,000-€120,000 + Comms + Equity available.
