About the Role: We are seeking passionate and experienced RF Subsystems Design Engineers to join a dynamic and innovative team working on cutting-edge aerospace and defense projects. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of state-of-the-art RF systems used in military and satellite communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Development: Lead the design and development of RF subsystems, including SSPA, SSPB, LNA, LNB, and frequency converters, up to 50 GHz.
• Testing & Validation: Work closely in the lab to test and validate designs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.
• Full Lifecycle Involvement: Engage in the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept through to production, customer interaction, and resolving production issues.

Technical Skills & Experience Required:

• RF Design Expertise: Strong experience in low-level RF design, particularly in X and Ka band electronic converters, down converters, noise amplifiers, and boosters.
• Hands-on Experience: Proven ability to design and test RF subsystems, with a deep understanding of electronic components down to the capacitor and transistor level.
• Sector Knowledge: Ideally, experience within aerospace, defense, or related industries, with an emphasis on satellite communications.
• Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant simulation tools and laboratory instrumentation is essential.
