Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IAM (Identity and Access Management) Technical Engineer with a strong technical background in IAM, particularly in programming interfaces, languages, and sets of rules. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring secure, efficient, and scalable access management across our clients’ environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Implementation: Develop and implement IAM solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, access control, and integration with other systems.
• Technical Expertise: Leverage your deep technical knowledge in IAM, including programming interfaces, scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, etc.), and defining rules and policies to customize and optimize the ServiceNow platform.
• Integration: Work on integrating ServiceNow IAM with other enterprise systems and third-party applications, ensuring seamless and secure data flow.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting for IAM-related issues within ServiceNow, including performance optimization and incident resolution.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including security, operations, and development, to align IAM strategies with business needs.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of IAM processes, configurations, and customizations within ServiceNow.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest developments in IAM and ServiceNow, proposing and implementing improvements to existing solutions.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IAM, with at least 3 years focused on ServiceNow.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong programming skills, including proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or other relevant languages.
  • Expertise in developing and integrating APIs.
  • In-depth understanding of IAM principles, including authentication, authorization, and access control.
• ServiceNow Expertise: Proven experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow IAM modules.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
• Remote Work: Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment, managing time and tasks effectively.
• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
