Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Practice Lead with a strong focus on AWS Cloud and AI to join our team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, growth, and success of our AWS cloud and AI practice. You will work closely with clients, leading teams to design and implement cutting-edge solutions that meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the AWS Cloud and AI practice, including strategy development, service offerings, and business growth.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop customized AWS cloud and AI solutions.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality projects, ensuring alignment with best practices and client expectations.
  • Manage and mentor a team of cloud and AI professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Stay abreast of the latest AWS services, AI technologies, and industry trends to continuously enhance our offerings.
  • Drive business development efforts, including client engagements, proposals, and presentations.
  • Build strong relationships with AWS and other technology partners to leverage new opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in AWS cloud services, including architecture, migration, and management.
  • Strong expertise in AI and machine learning technologies and their applications.
  • Proven leadership experience in a consultancy or professional services environment.
  • Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
  • AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or equivalent are highly desirable.
