My client, an innovative Biotechnology company in Berlin is hiring a Process Development Scientist to join their CMC department. If you have a Ph.D. in chemistry or a related life science field, a minimum of 5 years' experience in Chemistry or Biochemistry, and expertise in process development, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and provide expertise on RNA manufacturing processes.
  • Coordinate process and analytical development, validation, and GMP manufacturing.
  • Collect and communicate data, build internal knowledge about manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct small-scale studies to enhance process understanding.
  • Write regulatory documentation for CMC.
  • Support project-related activities and contribute to process optimization.

Person Specification:

  • Ph.D. in chemistry or related life science area.
  • 5+ years of experience in relevant chemistry fields.
  • Expertise in process development, preferably in solid-phase synthesis.
  • Industry experience, preferably working under GMP.
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work under challenging timelines.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
