Our client is seeking a Yacht Construction Engineer to join then and work within the yacht-building industry in the Netherlands.

The mission:

• Develop 2D scantling plans, construction arrangements, and longitudinal strength calculations
• Guide subcontracted FEA Global Strength works
• Ensure design compliance with standards and client specifications
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders
• (Preferred) Perform FEA calculations for equipment integration (e.g., stabilizers, azimuthing thrusters)

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Naval Architecture or related field
• 5+ years of experience in construction engineering (maritime industry)
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Proficient in Acad, Multiframe, NX, Rhino, Ansys, and SSC software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective teamwork abilities
