Senior Electrical Engineer

Senior Electrical Engineer - Embedded systems, Robotics, Circuits, Sensors, Altium, PCB, Munich

Excellent opportunity to work as a Senior Electrical Engineer for a leading customer in Munich.

This innovative business has developed an autonomous robotic platform for indoor and greenhouse cultivation; helping to sustainably produce more optimal yields at a higher quality and at a lower cost.

The company are looking for a Lead Electronic Engineer to be responsible for the development workflow, beginning with the design of the schematic all the way to a working prototype and later series production.

Tasks:

- Design embedded, power and mixed signal electronics for mechatronic systems, robotic systems and sensor platforms

- Build the first prototypes of the designed electronics and bring them to life

- Drive new products from ideation to deployment

- Work closely with mechanical design and software engineering teams

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of embedded systems (preferably ARM Cortex M)

- Proven experience working on robotic systems, cable systems and highly integrated products

- Experience in PCB design including high speed and high current routing (ideally in Altium Designer)

- Experience in handling measurement equipment (scopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and the like) and debug circuits

- Industrial experience in assembling and testing prototypes
