Our client is seeking a Sales Manager to join them at their Hamburg office, where you will be working for an innovative leader in the maritime industry, driving growth and sustainable solutions for the shipping sector.

The mission:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote innovative maritime technologies and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners in the maritime sector.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in shipping, shipbuilding, and related industries.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to achieve win-win outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal departments (R&D, Engineering, and Operations) to ensure alignment with customer needs and expectations.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand the brand presence.

Your profile:

• A degree in Business, Maritime Studies, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in sales or business development within the maritime or shipping industry.
• Strong knowledge of the maritime market and established networks in the industry.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and building long-term partnerships.
• Fluent in German and English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
