Our clients, a Building Materials Company is currently seeking a ServiceNow Manager to join their team. Are you interested?
What will you do:
- Actively engage in finalizing workflow procedures
- Define, develop, and implement support process
- Collaborate closely with Integration Manager to optimize process automation.
- Oversee all the task in the platform development
- Maintain close collaboration with multiple stakeholders
What will you Bring
- Deep Expertise in PaaS Management and good understanding of IT and business processes
- Demonstrate proficiency with ServiceNow platform particularly in ITSM and ITBM
- Proven experience in designing and leading workshops
- Track record of effective stakeholder management
- Strong communication skills
