Our clients, a Building Materials Company is currently seeking a ServiceNow Manager to join their team. Are you interested?

What will you do:

  • Actively engage in finalizing workflow procedures
  • Define, develop, and implement support process
  • Collaborate closely with Integration Manager to optimize process automation.
  • Oversee all the task in the platform development
  • Maintain close collaboration with multiple stakeholders

What will you Bring

  • Deep Expertise in PaaS Management and good understanding of IT and business processes
  • Demonstrate proficiency with ServiceNow platform particularly in ITSM and ITBM
  • Proven experience in designing and leading workshops
  • Track record of effective stakeholder management
  • Strong communication skills
