You Bring (Experience + Qualifications):

• Degree in Computer Science, Manufacturing, Metallurgy, Industrial Engineering, Physics, or related fields
• 3+ years of experience as an MES or Engineering Consultant
• Practical knowledge of programming (Java) and database applications (PL/SQL)
• Strong analytical skills to translate customer needs into operational requirements
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for interacting with executives, managers, and experts
• Valid work permit
• Fluency in both German and English

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Experience in MES integration with ERP and L2 systems
• Knowledge or experience with Planning and Scheduling (APS Systems)
• Familiarity with the metals industry
• Understanding of various software development lifecycles (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
