• Assume responsibility for SAP HCM projects, focusing on Talent Management and Time Management, particularly in Customizing (ESS & MSS).
• Provide expert consulting services to clients, addressing their specific technical needs.
• Develop project concepts and lead workshops as part of your duties.
• Manage API interface setups and create both technical and user-friendly documentation.
• Participate in weekly meetings, prepare status reports, and provide regular reporting.
• Be prepared for occasional client travel, as needed.
• Bring 2-4 years of experience in Customizing and Development as a consultant.
• Fluent German is required to ensure effective communication with clients.
