What You’ll Do
As Team Lead 1st Line Support, you will oversee the Danish, Dutch, and German support teams. You’ll ensure efficient and customer-focused service, foster collaboration across departments, and optimize processes for seamless and effective support.
Who We’re Looking For
✅ Leadership experience in customer service or support roles
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and collaboration
✅ Problem-solving mindset, focused on efficiency and innovation
✅ Proactive and results-driven, with a passion for continuous improvement
Nice to have:
Proficiency in Dutch, Danish, or German is a plus
Experience in a SaaS company or knowledge of public procurement
Background in remote team management
Location: 2 days per week on site in Utrecht
Start Date: As soon as possible
