ServiceNow Architect (German-Speaking)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions tailored to business requirements.
• Lead the architecture and development of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, IRM, and CSM.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams and clients.
• Conduct technical workshops to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Ensure alignment of ServiceNow architecture with enterprise IT strategies.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture designs and best practices.
• Oversee ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems (e.g., SAP, Jira, LDAP).
• Optimize and automate workflows and processes using ServiceNow capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements in ServiceNow implementations.
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution proposals and client presentations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
• Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules.
• Proven expertise in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and custom development.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and IT Service Management.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using APIs, REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in multi-instance ServiceNow environments.
• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience in guiding and mentoring junior developers or consultants.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and enterprise IT architecture.
