- This is a global manufacturer currently undergoing a HR Transformation. This HR Transformation involved HR Tool implementation, change management, restructuring, process optimisiation, etc.
- They require a HR Project Manager to facilitate this.
Essential Skills:
- Strong experience in Project Management within HR
- Strong HR Process Background (Technology, Organisational, change Management, etc.)
- Strong link between HR Digital and Organisation. Not purely Organisational but a mix between both
- Manufacturing background
- Fluent English
