Technical Integration Expert (Solution Architect)

Our client, a global leader in HR solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Technical Integration Expert to join their innovative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integration Architecture: Design, develop, and implement robust integration solutions between SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors (Core Hybrid) using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of integration technologies, including APIs, web services, and middleware.
• Solution Design: Develop innovative integration solutions to meet complex business requirements.
• Client Consulting: Provide expert guidance to clients on integration strategies, best practices, and potential challenges.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to identify integration opportunities and provide accurate estimates.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Extensive experience in designing and implementing integration solutions for SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong knowledge of SAP BTP and its integration capabilities.
• Proficiency in integration technologies such as APIs, web services, and middleware.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both German and English are a must.
