SuccessFactors Employee Central Specialist

Job Description:

Are you an experienced SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) professional who speaks Dutch fluently? We’re looking for someone with a strong track record in EC to join an exciting HR technology team. Your expertise will help improve processes and ensure the success of the SuccessFactors platform, which is central to our client’s HR function.

If you’re passionate about SuccessFactors and enjoy working with dynamic teams to optimize HR processes, this could be a fantastic fit for you. While a focus on Employee Central is a must, we also value experience with any additional SuccessFactors modules-think Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Compensation, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SuccessFactors Employee Central, ensuring it meets the business needs.
  • Provide high-level support for Employee Central, troubleshooting and resolving issues with a proactive mindset.
  • Work closely with the HR and IT teams to align Employee Central with business processes and enhance system functionalities.
  • Manage integrations, data migrations, and reporting related to Employee Central to optimize HR operations.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by understanding new updates to SuccessFactors and introducing improvements where needed.
  • Help facilitate system adoption by training end-users and ensuring smooth transition across teams.
  • Take a hands-on approach in connecting Employee Central with other modules, providing a holistic HR system experience.

Requirements:

  • Native Dutch speaker with solid communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central, demonstrating a strong understanding of its configuration and usage.
  • Familiarity with other SuccessFactors modules (such as Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals, Compensation) will be an asset.
  • A good grasp of HR business processes, with the ability to translate these into system solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving system issues.
  • Experience in working with system integrations and data migration.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or a related field (preferred).
