Field Service Engineer / Commissioning Specialist

Role Overview:

As a Field Service Engineer / Commissioning Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our client’s energy storage systems in the evolving clean energy landscape. Serving as the primary contact for customers, you’ll independently install, commission, and troubleshoot energy storage systems following a thorough induction period. Primarily based in the Netherlands and Northwestern Europe, the role occasionally involves work outside of regular hours and on weekends to ensure system reliability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installing and commissioning energy storage and management systems.
• Conducting maintenance on EST-Floattech systems.
• Analyzing and addressing system errors, including adjustments as necessary.
• Documenting and reporting on all work performed.

Qualifications:

• Technical training (MBO level 3 or 4) in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in a similar technical role is a plus.
• Proactive, precise, customer-focused, and able to work independently.
• Flexible and willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Strong communication skills in a technical context, with proficiency in English.
• VCA Vol certification required.
