We are looking for a talented Software Engineer in Industrial Automation to join our team and help us develop and improve the software that controls our emission reduction systems.
In this role, you will:
* Work alongside a team of experts to develop and improve our core software using an agile methodology.
* Write, document, test, and manage revisions to software for both standard functionalities and the Human-Machine Interface (HMI).
* Collaborate with other engineers to develop creative solutions for specific customer needs.
* Leverage your expertise to recommend and implement upgrades and improvements to the software.

We are looking for someone with:
* A relevant technical education, such as industrial automation or electrical engineering. (HBO working and thinking level preferred)
* Experience with software development projects and software validation.
* Programming experience, especially with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
* Familiarity with PLC/HMI hardware and software.
* Experience with industrial measurement and control technology, bus communication (like CAN-Bus), data logging, and remote access.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
* A structured and organized work style.
