Since starting as a Trainee Consultant in 2011, I have worked as senior, lead, principal and key account manager. This role is a customer focused role working with pharmaceutical and biotech businesses in Switzerland as well as the smaller ones with aggressive growth / project plans that have high demand for temporary staff. Working in close partnership with these companies allows me to fully understand their business and find them people that don't just fit technically, but also socially and culturally. I do this by spending at least one full day per month working from the office of each of my key customers.
Through these regular client visits and a genuine interest in my clients’ daily business, I am able to find them the best people rather than just someone whose profile fits the role on paper. If I were to describe my recruitment style; I would say it is approachable, friendly, direct and efficient which I believe works well in the Swiss contracts market.
During my time at Darwin I have been privileged to have won a number of incentives and awards including trips to Las Vegas and Hvar, Croatia. The highlight of my career to date is becoming a member of Darwin’s Millionaires Club. At the time was 1 of 2 consultants in the business to have achieved this.View my jobs
