For the past three years I've been working closely with tech companies across Berlin and Hamburg – helping them to scale their teams and improve their visibility amongst developers. The roles I recruit for include JavaScript Developers, Engineering Managers and CTO's.

My specialism is within the field of artificial intelligence; and I’ve been lucky enough to work with some of the most progressive and innovative start-ups in this space. I enjoy helping companies who utilise artificial intelligence within their product bridge the gap between their engineering and data teams - by introducing developers who also have a level of data literacy.
