I began my recruitment career in 1997 with one of the UK's fastest-growing IT Recruitment organisations. I co-founded Darwin recruitment in 2001 and have since steered the organisation through 22+ years of consecutive growth and international expansion. I'm experienced in defining, structuring, and rolling out the strategy of Technology Recruitment businesses. Today, Darwin is a multi-awarding winning recruitment business with offices in the UK, Amsterdam, Berlin, Boston, Munich, and Zurich and a targeted focus on Digital and Data technology capability. I believe that I understand the challenges that our clients face as a result of the ever-changing demands that business is placing on technology. As a result, I've built an organisation that delivers the quality staffing solutions that our clients need to achieve ongoing success. My extensive industry knowledge allows me to mentor the consultants that form a global team of highly skilled and focused technology recruitment specialists. I'm on the representative committee of APSCo (The Association of Professional Staffing Companies), a leading industry body established to encourage best practices throughout recruitment agencies' candidate sourcing and selection process. The committee plays a critical role in ensuring APSCo's strategies are focused on the needs of its members and end clients and supports the profession's best interest as a whole.
